Our role was to provide JRV with advanced Brand Value Creation methodologies training. This bespoke programme sought to enhance JRV's already distinguished service offerings, equipping the team with global insights while respecting the agency's deep-rooted local understanding and influence.

JRV has encountered several challenges in its journey towards growth and adaptation in the advertising sector. A significant challenge has been evolving from traditional to global strategies, where despite their success, they faced the complex task of integrating their time-honoured local approaches with global branding trends to maintain a competitive edge in the dynamic advertising world. Another critical challenge has been balancing local authenticity with global appeal. JRV's commitment to reflecting Ecuador's unique cultural identity in its campaigns needed to be skilfully blended with broader, international branding practices. Additionally, sustainable growth has been a focal point for JRV. As a key player in shaping Ecuador's advertising narrative, they have aimed to expand their influence while staying true to the values that have defined their journey since 1989.

JRV's training focused on efficiency and sustainability, using social tech for virtual interactions and emphasising ethical storytelling. Workshops covered global trends and stakeholder engagement, adapting insights from international markets to the Ecuadorian context. The brand training programme revitalised JRV's approach and diversified its client portfolio. The ongoing partnership between JRV and Firstwater combines global brand expertise with Ecuadorian creative flair.
